Welcome to the Ethics Hotline

Our Commitment

The Children’s Place is committed to acting with integrity in everything we do. This means displaying ethical, honest and fair behavior in our interactions with our associates, customers, shareholders, and external business partners. Our Code of Conduct contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

If you observe or suspect any violation of the Code of Conduct or other policies, you have a responsibility to report it. The Children’s Place has an Open Communications policy, and we encourage you to report your concerns to your supervisor or manager, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Internal Audit, or Human resources.

In situations where you prefer to remain anonymous, you may report your concerns through this hotline hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

Our policy of no retaliation

The Children’s Place prohibits retaliation against any associate who, in good faith, reports an actual or possible violation of ethical standards, objects to such conduct, or files, testifies or assists or participates in any manner in any internal or external investigation, or in any governmental court or arbitral hearing or proceeding.
